To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2019年12月30日下午一時左右同9位同事及朋友在IFC 添好運飲茶。本人就在同日晚上11時左右出現肚瀉肚痛及發燒等症狀。其後發現有5位朋友亦出現肚瀉肚痛及發燒等症狀。本人懷疑及很大程度上認為進食添好運後食物中毒。另外本人已經在翌日去醫務診所求診並由醫生診斷為腸胃炎,而且其他同行朋友有去診所求診亦診斷為腸胃炎。食物嘅品質同衛生係作為一間食肆嘅最基本要求。如果一間食肆連最基本嘅要求都做不了請不要繼續開業。本人甚少寫食評但希望添好運看此食評後改善其食物品質及衛生問題。
