To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日晚上8點半鐘到呢間星級餐館用饍,一入去見有6成客滿,有個著裇衫的女職員帶位,使勁咁移開張6人枱,要我們(3位)"sip"入去同另外2位客人一起坐那6人枱(其實當時有4成空枱),算,橫掂都食完就走,咁快快落左柯打。食物都好快就到,仲叫多隻糯米雞外賣,但一路都未見到結賬單返來,唔緊要啦,諗住有枱號,到櫃枱埋單都冇問題,可惜到櫃位結數時,嗰位收銀亞姐問我攞張單,我話你地冇俾我,跟住講個枱號"23"比佢知,佢話"無呢張單喎",好不耐煩的問我坐邊度,我手指指的話比佢知,佢又愛理不理,跟住其他職員(著T裇)見到亦有幫手,後查出係22號枱,原來果張6人枱係由3張2人枱組成,每張枱各自有編號,我們坐的是22及23號,落單用左22號,本來一場誤會好平常,但個收銀亞姐就寸咀咁話"都話冇23號枱架啦,22號枱丫嘛",乜而家D服務行業的係咁做野法?講真我來食野啫,唔需要比野我聽丫!其實,想起早一個月都幫襯時,已經見到那位"著裇衫的女職員"對坐位安排有極高要求,所有客人要跟足她安排坐埋一推,在繁忙時段係可以理解,但得6成客滿都唔放D空枱俾客人坐得舒服少少。當日我親眼於十分鐘內見到先後2次有客人因不滿坐位安排

其實,想起早一個月都幫襯時,已經見到那位"著裇衫的女職員"對坐位安排有極高要求,所有客人要跟足她安排坐埋一推,在繁忙時段係可以理解,但得6成客滿都唔放D空枱俾客人坐得舒服少少。當日我親眼於十分鐘內見到先後2次有客人因不滿坐位安排而即時離開,那位"著裇衫的女職員"仲同個個客講"睇開D啦,呢度唔係酒樓呀",個客聲都唔聲即走。

我都好耐未見過一D餐飮從業咁樣,奉勸呢2位人姐,不要因少失大,有時為客多諗一步,大家開心,固步自封,客人只會走下走下咁就冇人幫襯。
