慶祝媽咪生日見到佢做緊set dinner 第二位半價優惠,決定去試吓~Starter 🌽是日餐湯 - 粟米洋蔥濃湯:味道超級濃郁,唔似平日餐廳加咗勁多cream嗰種,明顯係用粟米打成蓉。質地好creamy,應該係飲過最好飲嘅粟米湯😋🍈意式前菜拼盤:好豐富,parma ham 配蜜瓜最好味,melted cheese cracker 芝士味好rich🧀Burrata Cheese:cheese 配上蕃茄蓉好夾,個蕃茄有少少口感同埋調味得啱啱好,不過就唔知啲生洋蔥想點🤔Main Course🦀橄欖油香蒜蟹肉全蛋麵:勁爆多蟹肉,每一啖意粉都包着新鮮蟹肉,但係因為有加蕃茄仔,所以一啲都唔’漏’。蛋麵質地好特別唔錯,天使麵同生麵中間🐟是日烤魚:三文魚煎得香香脆脆,唔乾,配上香草牛油會好食啲。青口、蜆用蒜蓉煮好正,魷魚都幾新鮮🥩澳洲安格斯牛肩肉:待應無問幾成熟,不過廚師煎咗medium rare 啱啱好。肉質較為厚身有咬口,冇乜驚喜。反而啲薯菜用gravy煮得幾好味 🍖北美豬扒:grill 得唔錯,鎖着啲肉汁。雖然佢厚身,但入面唔鞋,配上芥末醬不錯Dessert 🍨Tiramisu:質地好cre
