To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和同事慶祝生日便去酒樓用膳我們叫了一個孖寶包括櫻花蝦珍珠帶子炒米和海蜇燻蹄。碟炒米好大碟，而且很少見用櫻花蝦和帶子炒，原來這麼好味，與一般的炒米粉截然不同。櫻花蝦非常香和惹味，食落香口，帶子令到整個炒米粉「高級」了，更添食慾🥰海蜇燻蹄平時不便宜，這個孖寶包了這道菜式，價性比高。海蜇十分爽口，燻蹄大大塊不會過肥，肉質有層次。咸菜豬肚是我喜愛的菜式，豬肚平時很難在家弄，又要洗又要切，好麻煩！在酒樓吃最好，這個鹹菜豬肚夠味，鹹菜的味道浸在豬肚之中，爽口的豬肚美味可口。甜品叫了個港式蛋撻，有四件，每人兩件大滿足🎉蛋撻焗得香香的，蛋黃流心，個皮幾脆
