To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳食來食去都是港式的食品,例如乾牛河、星洲炒米等等,但這間茶餐廳卻甚為有特色有美味西式和日式食品我叫了蒜香欖油大蝦鮮油炒意粉,蝦的份量不少而且很大隻,鮮魷非常爽,而且炒意粉是很有心思,加上了紫菜,令到美味升級。意粉炒得很有鑊氣,加上香噴噴的蒜蓉和欖油,完全是水準之作。我朋友叫了日式叉燒拼鹽焗雞翼,配有糖心蛋的蕃茄湯烏冬。淨係個菜名義覺得甚為豐富日式叉燒肥肥地但不膩,鹽焗雞先最正,鹹鹹地又惹味。個烏冬完全冇得輸,湯底蕃茄味甚為濃郁,烏冬又爽,而且配好味的糖心蛋,完全大滿足!午餐還配餐湯和熱飲,凍飲加$3,以這個水準來說性價比甚高!

我叫了蒜香欖油大蝦鮮油炒意粉,蝦的份量不少而且很大隻,鮮魷非常爽,而且炒意粉是很有心思,加上了紫菜,令到美味升級。意粉炒得很有鑊氣,加上香噴噴的蒜蓉和欖油,完全是水準之作。
