To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經想食南記想左成個禮拜,但地點唔就腳所以一路都未去,今日收工之後無無聊聊終於行左四五個字去觀塘呢間分店食~係我前面落單個麻煩女人叫左四碗外賣同幾款小食加幾杯凍檸茶,自己唔睇清楚啲套餐選擇就係度鬧個收銀員,不知所謂!😡 好彩收銀姐姐eq高叫大家冷靜下兼好有耐性覆單俾佢聽 👍👍食物方面,我叫左碗招牌春卷竹笙酸辣河粉扣底,兩三年前係附近返工間唔中都黎食,可惜宜家差左好多。。。。首先個酸辣湯底得個酸字完全唔辣 (我本身幾唔食得辣都覺得唔辣),而且隻色好稀好唔吸引,似係本身一個酸菜湯底求其加兩滴辣溝出黎。。。配料方面,竹笙上菜時係白雪雪就咁整熟黎,我一心係黎食招牌春卷,點知一放落口條春卷係勁硬!!似岩岩係雪櫃拎出黎。。。。👎👎👎👎我無刻意望入廚房睇佢地點整,不過宜家佢俾我既感覺就係將所有配料一早煮熟,有客人點就淨係煮個麵底再加啲配料係面頭,麵還麵,湯底還湯底,配料還配料。。。非常失望既體驗,一直覺得南記酸辣係幾好食,但宜家都幾唔肯定將來仲會唔會幫襯。。。🤦
