To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽講去鯉魚門除咗食過海鮮之外就真係要試吓呢一間茶餐廳，佢嘅招牌三寶分別有蛋白腐乳西多士、招牌奶茶王同埋芒果布甸，今日試咗其中兩款，另外再嗌咗個午餐肉烘豬仔包。西多士顧名思義就係西多士入面係查腐乳而唔係查花生醬或者其他嘢，老老實實第一次食鹹嘅西多士味道還可以啦，我個friend就話味道好夾，不過我自己就鍾意甜嘅西多士多啲。午餐肉烘豬仔包上枱嘅時候熱辣辣脆卜卜真係好好食，即叫即烘夠晒誠意。杯奶茶都幾好飲，奶同茶嘅味道又真係幾Balance。值得一提嘅就係侍應非常熱情兼有禮貌，一坐低就即刻用酒精消毒易幫我哋抹枱，非常衛生，真係難得。
