To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一檯11人親戚飲茶,一心諗住地點方便,點心食物質素有保證,請客一定唔失禮,點知算漏咗服務質素差成咁。周六下午1點8-9成滿,樓面侍應眼見3個+2個經理,唔係要一叫即到,但就算做緊嘢都可以俾個眼神手勢應咗客先。佢地好自然係無視所有高舉嘅手,高級食府應有嘅服務係無,就算食物再好都唔會想光顧。
