To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物好難食，服務態度差，上菜速度好慢

去食片皮鴨套餐1880元未計加一服務費及茶介，叫咗個蛋白炒飯非常多油似油飯，而且套餐食物不好食及好油膩(劣食指數1級） 侍應服務非常差，人多沒有用，問待應取BB凳叫咗幾位侍應才拿到，有D待應故意聽唔到。待應上菜不在上菜位，茶壺加熱水後在不同客人位置亂咁放，要客人就侍應自己方便放茶壺位置，之後同她們講在上菜位上熱水及菜，他們答應了但係態度依舊，根本不配改善，叫他們食物大碟轉細碟，常常說倒埋一齊，放便他們，其實就係懶，似稻香的格局 家人同意下次不會幫襯，永遠不會，。
