To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 赤柱是一個親子戶外活動的好地方．提供了很多元化的節目，包括：購物、飲食、沙灘玩耍等等，應有盡有．另外，有赤柱廣場，可以讓小朋友自由活動．食物是好的，可惜服務差．明明知道我們有小朋友，有ＢＢ車，卻安排我們坐在路口二人座位，而事實上，當時餐廳並非滿坐。當我問可否坐入面比較寬敞的位置時，外籍侍應一口拒絕！說那些大枱是留下來給人多的客人的。可是１０分鐘之後，有二人自己入內坐了那六人位，而她們又不加阻止！Eggs benedicts賣相不佳, hollandaise sauce 亦不夠味道。這個Camebert芝士卻是水準之上，芝士加蜜糖，一咸一甜很合拍！對於赤柱，我很喜歡，只是這次選錯了餐廳！
