To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六晚飯，訂左枱食6:30，比較少人都唔需要，兩小時即刻還枱。但係枱和枱中間嘅距離比較窄，我哋一行八人，都係坐一張中型枱，餸菜都好迫。隔離枱撞櫈。今次第三次來，都是櫈撞櫈，好迫。菜式方面，其實都特別，因為有一啲新鮮感，因為每次都有不同新款菜單食材選擇，新鮮感比起普通美心酒樓冇咁悶。每次來我們都指定食呢一個脆皮豬手，因為真係實在太好味啦! 另外，鍋仔煎生包都係指定菜式，因為特別喜好。呢度都好多人幫襯嘅，所以如果你食晚飯一定要預早訂位。
