To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運點心專門店這家店的名字還是爸爸告訴我的,我的爸爸認為這家的點心味道很好所以帶我一起去吃。那天我們等了大概四十分鐘才坐上位子,因為人太多了,也有的人等不及就叫了外賣坐在外面吃。我聞到點心的香味以後,肚子更餓了。我們在等位子的時候先把要吃的點心點好,所以我們一有位子點心就送來了。我最喜歡他們的酥皮叉燒包和糯米雞。他們的酥皮叉燒包是這家店最出名的食物,所以每一個去吃的人必點。我一口氣吃了四個,還想吃,可是媽媽說留著下次再吃吧。糯米雞也是這家店的招牌點心之一。糯米雞的餡料有雞,香菇,蝦等等。那個雞肉非常嫩滑,香菇的肉也很厚,加上荷葉的香味,真是又香又好吃!如果想去吃的人要早一點去等位子,千萬別肚子餓了才去。或者是希望這個店再增加些座位。
