To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期三下午去元朗永年士多食午餐,排隊時間不算久,人不算多。當日選擇三餸車仔麵和抹茶紅豆冰堂食,店內人流不算多。可以體諒於抗疫期間,食客與店家需要互相理解,共同實行抗疫措施,但是永年對抗疫措施的實行令人咋舌。在旁邊連住3張4人枱完全無人坐的情況下,店員強迫我們與另外兩名食客4人搭台,並且不允許換枱。經過多次反映、多次提出需要隔開坐保持距離亦無人理會,服務態度非常惡劣,對抗疫工作非常隨便,完全不理會食客安全,所謂食客座位的安排離譜。雖然食物質素尚可,但依然差評。
