To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舊鋪時間中都會食下,鍾意個懷舊裝修,食物就一般不過不失。搬鋪後多年都無去過,早前在附近就打算試下啦,點知中大伏!新鋪裝修其實比舊鋪更有心思,一入去時都幾有期望,卡位又好得意,重打算下次同朋友黎。 叫了一個豬肝薑湯通粉,凍檸茶。第一次黎錯個公仔麵底,我唔食公仔麵就再換比我啦。再食豬肝超硬又有怪味,檸茶唔識講,我覺得我求其自己用紅茶包都會沖得好飲過佢!檸茶都可以搞成咁,都好意思叫自己做冰室!算啦,都費時出聲,求其食兩啖粉填飽個肚,當自己唔好彩就算啦!點知臨起身去埋單,個光頭男侍應粗聲粗氣命令叫我將個胡椒粉樽放返好!70幾蚊一個超難食餐,我都算,係咪要我自己抹埋檯先走得啊?呢間野真係送比我都唔會再黎!!呢個價錢就算係銅鑼灣都超多選擇,大家千祈唔好中伏貼錢買難受!

叫了一個豬肝薑湯通粉,凍檸茶。第一次黎錯個公仔麵底,我唔食公仔麵就再換比我啦。再食豬肝超硬又有怪味,檸茶唔識講,我覺得我求其自己用紅茶包都會沖得好飲過佢!檸茶都可以搞成咁,都好意思叫自己做冰室!
