To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 農曆新年去咗尖沙咀The Mira酒店國金軒飲早茶🫖餐廳尚算濶落,坐得舒服,裝修略舊,始終美麗華酒店都有返咁上下歷史;員工態度幾好的,雖然唔太夠人手,但疫情下開源節流,體諒啦🤷🏻‍♀️叫咗幾籠點心,蝦餃、腸粉、菜苗餃全部足料,味道唔錯;雪山菠蘿叉燒包個包焗得好鬆脆,工夫好,熱辣辣入口好好食👍🏻頭抽乾炒澳洲牛河portion大,唔難食,牛肉肉質鬆化,略嫌河粉多油咗啲;要批評下電話訂枱過程,留完資料連同客人覆核一次都懶,事實證明咪就係錯咗囉,何來的自信?🙄酒店旗下餐廳嚟講,唔應該犯呢種低級錯誤⋯⋯
