To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 根本唔係一次好嘅體驗。 我哋喺嗰度坐咗15分钟，冇人嚟接我哋嘅訂單或畀我哋帶水。 另一個家庭咗嚟，並立即得到了服務。 工作人員係可怜嘅，需要給予適當嘅培訓。 我推薦旁邊嘅越南餐廳，因為佢哋嘅服務同食物要好得多。 我中意呢間餐廳嘅咖喱魚，但唔會只為咗道菜翻嚟。 我想喺呢間餐廳，如果你唔係本地人，咁佢哋唔會為你服務。Yoho Mall仲有另一家分店，如果你真的想體驗他們的食物。 佢哋嘅服務要好得多。 如果唔改善呢項服務，我認為呢間餐廳唔會喺呢度持續好長時間。
