To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶兩點半開始，店內空間不大，只有一人負責落單和送餐，叫了一客鑊仔牛柳，連飲品只是$36。落單後二十分後送到，分量和午餐一樣，牛柳給了很多，但白飯已冷掉。餐具放在枱面讓客人自助，拿上手明顯感覺到油淰淰的觸感，只好用紙巾自己再清潔一次，紙巾上亦有明顯的污跡。整體意見，牛柳質素很好，食物性價比高，但衛生情況惡劣。
