由於媽媽新曆生日跟農曆新年很近, 所以她放棄了中餐廳並提議到沒去過的自助餐廳再試試. 餐廳坐位數量比想像中少, 食物款式正常, 可是明顯地因為位置不大關係, 加上熟食熱爐火勢不算大, 放於較後位置的食物表層出現油塊, 有待改善.♀▴ ▾▴ ▾ ▴ ▾ ▴壽司部 • 師傅把多款切好的魚生放到大型食物盆內供食客自行夾取• 意想不到的是中華沙律跟蟹子也榜上有名▴ ▾ ▴黃帝蟹蟹腳🔝• 印象中很少Buffet會選用這種大蟹腳▴ ▾ ▴焗芝士蟹膏蟹蓋🔝• 當中沒有薯蓉的成份, 是絕對的芝士加蟹膏▴ ▾ ▴甜品部• 蛋糕及甜點的款式很多• 為了方便食客,師傅預先把冰淇淋弄成大小球狀⓻
