每次途經這間西餐廳都想入去試一試,今日老公放假,一於拉住佢陪我撐下枱腳,享受二人世界,餐廳位置唔難搵,位於屋苑商場內店員態度親切,介紹我們生蠔種類,Arousa, Nelias, Gillardeau, Pacific Rock ,每款也各有特色,pacific rock海水味比較重,餘韻留在口腔久久不散,南非蠔食落口飽滿肥美,法國蠔鐵味海水味比較濃郁,生蠔配白酒就正是好的配搭尼個芝士薯條必食之品,先將一大嚿芝士熔了表層然後灑上薯條上,暖暖的芝士充滿咸香味,薯條炸得脆口再加上芝士就更加美味,值得一試主菜點了招牌卡邦尼意粉,這個卡邦尼製法比較特別,先將炒熟啲意粉放在一大嚿表層溶了的芝士上,意粉和溶了的芝士掛在一起,入口不似一般的卡邦尼充滿creamy的感覺反而有微微芝士味,加上煙肉,簡單清新
