To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

買左團購299一位，加一和假期都300一個，不過食物有水準，生蠔即開即食，很新鮮，味度少量海水味口感爽口！好開胃食左好多轉，又無話要等，佢停禁有供應，就算其他食物佢都未食晒就換上新，所以食得好舒服！另外燒牛肉，牛味好濃好食；咖哩龍蝦鉗偏咸；長脚蟹味道鮮甜但比較幼；人蔘雞湯好濃，有點中式湯感覺，耶汁雞湯，像唔辣的冬陰功湯，很惹味！有喜歡芝士，燒凡立貝仔比較細粒……差！熱香餅機熱辣辣好好味；仲可以加蜜糖/鮮忌廉/朱古力醬，酒店水準都有保証，唯一唔美滿係好少蛋糕類，反而有部爆谷機……生果亦沒有，雪糕竟然係雀巢……扣分！如果你唔喜歡食cake，又有小童就最適合了！場內服務員都好有禮貌，有汽水橙汁蘋果汁任任，如果想飲紅酒/白酒$38杯，價錢好實惠見到其他人都有點，相信唔會太差，現時主題係韓國泰式，下個月應該轉主題，大家不坊一試！
