朋友推薦我呢間食日本野既餐廳,話想食高汁既日本野就要試下呢間,終於有時間同女友黎試下佢就幾高汁先廚師先來一碟前菜凍凍地酸酸又好爽口刺身四色廚師好好,同佢地講應該由較淡既味道開始食起,坦白講我對食帶子都幾高要求,特別欣賞佢夠凍之如保持到佢嘅鮮甜其實刺身當然唔使講冇得彈點解會咁新鮮?原來廚師話佢哋啲魚係每日由日本新鮮運黎。櫻花蝦炸豆腐本人強烈推介呢款菜式香脆嘅櫻花蝦再配合炸咗嘅豆腐再加埋佢啲醬汁完美配搭,鹹香味道,遠處已經聞到佢嘅香味味增汁煮牛舌平時食開一片片嘅牛舌,今次就食一舊過,食落感覺有啲似牛腩既升級版入口即溶,完全冇筋(牛舌呀嘛)有啲似牛腩,但俾佢好食好多好多見到廚師好專心好細心咁,為客人燒好多林林總總不同種類嘅串燒終於到我地啦煙肉車厘茄粒粒車厘茄完全酸㗎+埋塊煙肉,一淡一濃日式雞串食落塊皮啱啱好少少脆,食完塊皮再加啲檸檬落去D雞肉 正呀薯仔串燒得剛剛好,仲要超甜燒青魚比較中意加咗檸檬嘅青魚呢個甜品好特別又好食叫水信玄餅食落好似啫喱嘅感覺,加埋黑糖,可能用文字講出有幾咁特別間餐廳一邊氣氛幾好,好適合同飲下啤酒食下刺身、串燒或者帶心儀對象黎食
