星期五夜晚,當然係與佳人約會,夜晚來到景峰呢間日式居酒屋,點左啲串燒拼盤同埋唔同既燒物,係估唔到一間咁細間咁骨子既食店,味道居然有好多驚喜。首先點左兩份前菜小食,唐揚墨魚咀同埋味琳魚乾,平時好少食,估唔到墨魚咀都幾脆,咀嚼感幾好!味琳魚乾就不過不失,味道正常。然後到蜆湯烏冬,蜆既份量有6隻,份量適中,然後每隻蜆都幾大隻,同埋唔覺有沙同埋都幾有質感,唔會太硬,蜆肉與湯底出奇地夾,兩者揉合一齊都幾好食。然後再點左一份鮑魚,咬落去口感好軟熟,鮑汁都好有鮮味;仲單獨叫左份醬燒五花腩,腩片脆得黎亦好煎得好香,好有水準;接下來就到串燒拼盤,咁多串燒當中最鐘意豬頸肉串,配搭起秘製既孜然粉,咬落又脆又有豐富既豬頸肉香,仲有燒茄子都好大塊,好好食。最正必點既係牛油雞比菇,搽左牛油落去之後,估唔到咁香咁好食,高度推薦大家去食晚市一定要點呢個小食。Overall黎講,叫左近乎十樣食物,都只係around $500左右,都幾抵食,大家如果入到屯門,都可以試下呢一間小品。
