To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們在這裏過去幾年吃過早午晚餐及小菜，基本上好食價錢又唔貴。作為街坊都光顧咗六年以上，而我們一直對食物質素及環境衞生有要求，而令我們一直光顧，當然唔可以差，也不能貴！佢哋嘅燒味同埋小菜都好好食，質量幾年都冇變過，晚市脆皮雞簡直一絕！服務方面地區性餐廳真係冇咁好㗎啦，但又好過澳牛好多，唔會催落單亦唔會趕你走；基本上所有樓面都係嚟咗香港好耐嘅新移民，但對客態度唔差。老細兩公婆是常在場落手落腳做嘢，知道將軍澳都有一間但係未食過。
