睇左YOUTUBER介紹好似幾好,所以早幾日訂位,尋晚去試下呢間粵菜酒家,訂左7:30PM,七點零到,佢話未有枱要等陣,之後陸續有WALKIN客但佢話要等成個鐘,好多都冇等走人,我地等左15分鐘入得去,地方唔大,枱之間距離較近,我地叫左蝦仁炒蛋、咕嚕肉、上湯浸雞、小炒王、啫啫芥蘭同瑤柱蛋白炒飯。等左大約15分鐘黎咕嚕肉,肉細細粒、味道唔錯,碟頭算大,之後上既係蝦仁炒蛋,距離上咕嚕肉後15分鐘到、蝦仁爽口,蛋亦炒得滑。之後又等15分鐘到小炒王,幾夠鑊氣唔錯,再等10分鐘到芥蘭煲,之後佢話冇上湯雞改左炸子雞,又再等左20分鐘先上雞,雞皮脆肉嫩,唔錯,再之後又等左15分鐘黎埋炒飯。成餐飯就係等上菜,佢唔係成枱菜一次上,係枱枱上D咁,變左先黎既菜凍晒都未有新上菜,埋單時我同佢反影,佢無奈話廚房細,出菜會慢D,我話廚房能力有限就唔好開咁多枱,招呼太多客廚房做唔切D客都走啦,食物同招呼冇問題既,係上菜太慢要改善。全晚等到眼訓所以冇影相!
