To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排工作超忙,今晚有得收早,要享受一下入座後睇下個餐牌,兩個人叫咗一個孖寶套餐(龍蝦伊麵+乳鴨)和一碟菜「上湯美國龍蝦伊麵龍蝦賣相唔錯, 油泡過嘅龍蝦肉質更香更爽口, 廚師仲爆好晒d殼, 扭一扭就食得, 全部都唔洗自己再鉗開伊麵吸收晒龍蝦精華, 食落更入味原隻龍蝦肉取出,啖啖肉爽口彈牙~yummy香燒皇子鴿(2隻)乳鴿皮脆肉嫩, 肉汁豐富, 點些准鹽, 令人吃不停口上湯蒜子浸豆苗豆苗非常新鮮嫩綠, 食咗咁多肉, 食個菜平衡下食完仲有兩碗糖水送, 紅豆沙超熱,煲到起晒沙而仲有粒粒好豆食, 甜度適中, 為呢餐劃上圓滿句號兩個人最後埋單唔洗$500,仲食到舉住個肚走。食物唔錯,而且服務又好。待應主動有禮, 上菜快又勤換碟, 值得下次回頭
