To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽媽生日咁岩見到依間做緊特價就係網上訂左位落左訂金。依期餐廳做緊「鮮蠔·虎蝦」主題，所以食物都主打蠔同蝦。當日位置都接近全滿，人相當多。海鮮方面有主打既蝦同生蠔之外，仲有青口，螺同埋麵包蟹。基本上麵包蟹一出就被人拎哂職員加麵加唔切😂 有幸拎到黎孝敬媽媽😂 麵包蟹好大隻勁多膏不過味道比較淡。而生蠔偏細隻同埋好腥熱食其實唔算多全場我認為最好食就係片皮鴨同意大利飯仲有牛肝菌蠔忌廉湯，牛肝菌蠔忌廉湯真係有蠔係入面絕對真材實料對比番當日既中湯牛肝菌蠔忌廉湯真係不停refill😂 大概因為中湯真係太油油到飲唔落😅 刺身壽司方面絕對好多選擇特別刺身有接近6款魚柳比較乾身同硬大約到7:30 BBQ檔就會推出燒鴨肝當日既客人都好斯文唔算多人排隊😂 每人限取2件鴨肝幾肥美甜品方面，選擇比較少，杯仔得2款而蛋糕則有5-6款除此之外仲有窩夫同焗蛋撻不過有朱古力噴泉岩小朋友食；仲有豆腐花涼粉而雪糕是movepick 口味都有6款左右而8點鐘左右師傅會推出朱古力心太軟每人限取一份。心太軟size偏細但朱古力味好重仲有粒粒朱古力/
