To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾年入過這酒店的會藉一年，今年七月有SALES來電，見優惠比以往多，故又入會一年，以前是用一本代用劵，今年轉用電子劵，方便得多。上兩星期試了晚餐，失望，相比以往食物，無長腳蟹 翡翠螺 蒸魚 連燒肉都無，只係雪糕多了款式。以往無叉燒，見個樣幾得，點知會嚡口。牡丹蝦水準保持，食了十隻，好新鮮，正。入咗會就要密食，上星期再嚟食午餐，午餐居然有翡翠螺及燒肉，以往燒肉皮好脆，這次食既燒肉皮係稔。大部份食物都同前幾年一樣，無新意，再係咁，好難留客。
