To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日十分凍,在街上小貓三四隻,遠行到榮華享用晚飯。天氣凍,人流唔多,不用等位之下兩個人坐私人枱。平時食開回鍋肉獅子頭,今次食較少食既椒鹽排骨,口水雞,奶油津白,粗炒椒鹽排骨比較簿,炸得香脆,豬扒有少少咖哩味,椒鹽放在碟邊,上面有葱花。雞上面醬料酸酸辣辣,不過較粗,如果磨下會好d,要配花生碎一齊食。奶油津白一出,大家wow左一聲,個面好似焗芝士噤,食落好野味,全餐最好味既餸。上海粗炒唔油炒得幾乾身。題外話,鋪頭播既American jazz好好聽,聽到唔知時間過左噤耐。
