To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前寫過榮華的食評，前幾日又去吃了一直好鐘意食的雞絲粉皮要早一日打去訂先有得食，今次晏晝去打唔切電話嗌左每次必嗌的擔擔麵，呢度的擔擔麵係我食過最好食的另外碗鱔糊沙麵，男朋友大讚好呢度既小籠包不算最好食，但嗌得過，因為夠平兩個人食份量差不多～不過，呢度既服務真係，特別有個魁梧的哥哥同呀姐，對d客好似犯咁成日黑口黑面，果日隔離台有個爸爸拎起隻碟小小想麻煩佢收一收，魁梧哥哥見到即刻步操咁「你一陣先！同我放返低！！」搞到我茶都唔敢叫佢加我黎幫襯你，除左買你野食，仲買埋你既服務架喎，唔駛搞到班客好似你仇人咁丫。所以以前我成日黎，宜家都少黎喇。
