To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我經過金鐘廊總是要光顧一風堂的招牌“特制赤丸”($88),“特制”的分別就是加了紫菜,竹筍和半粒半熟蛋。如果喜歡吃整粒蛋或者溫泉蛋的朋友,可以點普通的赤丸再另加。面身是相當彈牙的,煮的恰到好處,湯底香味濃郁,好像經過改良比我記憶中的沒有那麼油膩,最好是自己再加一點桌上提供的鮮榨蒜頭還有芽菜,扑鼻的蒜香和咸辣均衡的豬骨湯底形成完美的配合。半熟蛋腌的不是特別入味,令人失望,因為是冷的,最好是浸在熱湯裡一陣子再吃。桌上有提供任飲的冷茶。發現到服務態度越來越不好,我是周日下午五點鐘光顧的,店裡不算多人,但服務員態度散漫,而整體環境衛生令人失望,地上有紙巾和掉落的食物,桌面擦的不干淨,免費的調味料如白芝麻、芽菜、醬料等擺的亂七八糟,如果是繁忙時段尚可諒解,但服務員寧願閑著也不抽空清理,實在讓人失望。好吃是好吃,但也許不會常來。
