晚上和家人於萬邦行喜双逢吃晚飯,餐廳環境傳統中國格調洋溢,並帶點古舊風。食品方面,當然亦以傳統中國菜為主,是晚美食如下:招牌蜜汁叉燒拼鬆化燒腩仔:叉燒蜜味重,但略瘦小,鬆軟度一般。燒腩仔外皮香脆,肥瘦適中。杏汁花膠燉白肺:杏汁香氣清淡,湯質富膠質,證明花膠發揮其功效,食感滋潤。淮香海生蝦:海中蝦夠大隻新鮮,味甜肉彈,點點淮鹽調味,鹹香到位不過火。柱侯蘿蔔牛坑腩煲:牛坑腩很腍很入味,肉香足,蘿蔔同樣清甜軟身。豆抽瓦罉雞:出品熱辣,雞肉豐碩,滑度雞香中規中矩,豆抽口味帶甜,調味不俗。蝦籽柚皮:蝦籽香氣給力不足,柚皮炆得軟腍入味。上湯浸豆苗:豆苗幾綠嫩,不俗。生磨合桃露:合桃香氣OK,但整體質感稀了一點。杞子桂花糕:質感軟硬恰宜,桂花香洋溢,味道不俗。雪山杏汁包:出品熱辣,皮脆香口,流心杏汁甜度味道對辦。整體而言,食物水準不俗,有師傅,服務亦見親切懇勤,可再到訪。
