To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路過這百分百分店,就在店外的派籌機取籌,派籌機顯示派到A2籌,我取得A3籌。當時店內已有很多客人在進食。我等待時,掃了安心出行。等待了一會,看見不少人沒有取籌,只掃了安心出行後便進入店舖。我向店員查詢是否需取籌排隊,店員即時收走我的籌,便以眼神指示我入內。我明白前線店員忙碌,無閒理會派籌機,讓客人自行掃安心出行、針卡後,便可自行入內,自己揀位座。那麼就不要開派籌機便好了,那麼就不會有人取籌號後呆等...... 🤨我向侍應點了餐,要魚香肉碎茄子飯和台茶鮮草冰(少冰),同時,我請侍應給我一杯水,侍應很快給我一杯水👍🏽 仙草冰很快送來,但應該無幫我少冰。我把水渴完後,差不多把杯裝滿。仙草冰味道ok👌🏾,有半杯仙草😋。魚香肉碎茄子飯好味,份量足👍🏽👍🏽之後,我再問侍應取一杯熱水沖藥,她很快便給了我,還提醒我小心水熱。另外,我坐在類似收銀機/ 入餐機旁邊,估計侍應本來想把垃圾紙球掉入盒仔內,垃圾紙球卻跌進我的枱上。幸好已吃完飯,而垃圾紙球沒有掟中我的飲品、藥杯中😅😅。我告訴侍應這件事,她能禮貌地講聲「唔好意思」。整體來說,除了排隊進入餐廳較為混亂😑、凍飲少冰😕,卻仍有很多冰,以及掉垃圾紙球時有些
