To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先杯綠茶🍵唔知點解好多幻彩泡泡似係洗潔精未沖洗乾淨🤔我哋這杯已經算少，見到隔離哥哥仔嗰杯全杯面滿晒厚泡😶‍🌫️由坐低沖茶到食完啲泡都唔會散😓我哋的另一杯就正常，啲泡會散走。部份食物蓋送到時已沾了醬汁😣每隻碟都明顯見到碟邊有手指模😖🍣壽司送到來時已經倒下賣相極差😰鰻魚很薄中間仲要冇咗忽😑期間限定的松葉蟹🦀同廣告相差別超大😡依幾年已轉咗食壽司郎，對上次去尖沙咀元氣見到啲碟已經覺得他們衛生情況很差，幾個月後俾多次機會去埋觀塘店，清楚了解不是個別分店問題，唔知大家有冇同感覺得元氣越做越差
