啱啱先送貨嚟嘅,係用閹咗嘅牛嘅,叫騸牯牛,貨源唔多,係餐廳識窿路所以日日都有貨到。呢種牛嘅脂肪會分布均勻,令每片肉都有細緻嘅雪花紋理。牛頸脊即係牛耳對落嘅肉,油脂唔會好勁,所以鍾意食唔肥牛嘅朋友就啱喇,肉質鬆化鮮嫩,肉味甘香得嚟又唔臊

響鈴 ($68)
喺腐皮名店樹記入貨,包好成響鈴嘅形狀之後先拎去炸。第一次見咁薄嘅響鈴,當然要喺未打之前試一舊先啦,咬開真係非常脆卜卜,而且係一咬即碎咁脆,食落又唔油膩,食過咁多次響鈴但呢種口感真係第一次!跟住放入湯幾秒試吓,掛晒湯徘徊在似脆又淋之間嗰種口感真係難以形容!強烈推薦!

牛丸好爽口彈牙,而且好有牛味,咬開入面又juicy;薑汁皮蛋貢丸超級有驚喜,咁樣嘅combination已經超得意,一咬開啲薑味濃到爆但係又唔辣,好似食緊粒薑咁,入面係釀滿皮蛋粒及碎,好juicy,有幾種唔同嘅層次,令一粒我平時唔鍾意食又平平無凡嘅貢丸變得一啲都唔平凡!

手打黑松露墨丸拼手打蝦丸 ($88)
墨丸打得好幼滑彈牙,成粒都有好多黑色嘅一點點,黑松露味道恰到好處,唔會蓋過墨魚嘅鮮味;蝦丸咬開有小蝦粒,口感好好又彈牙,而且好有蝦味,呢度嘅自家製手打丸果然好掂!

抱住一個冇期望嘅心態去問有無甜品,有喎!亦都心諗甜品咪頂多係晏晝下午茶buffet嗰啲普通蛋糕?經理走入去問吓有冇之後走出嚟答我哋,估都估唔到係乜,係蕨餅呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!開心到YEAH咗出嚟,點會諗到一間打邊爐嘅中餐廳嘅甜品係蕨餅呀?!仲要係非常罕見嘅柚子味!老實講都好飽,但有自家製柚子味蕨餅,飽到行唔郁都要食啦吓話?!每人有4粒,口感非常軟糯,仲有細細嘅柚子粒,層次非常好,而且仲要唔甜,好味到喊呀!原來唔係成日都有,下次訂位嗰陣記得問吓有冇呀!

啲店員睇個樣都好後生,都唔期望有乜野特別服務,但點知服務係超班咁好!每次我講完 "唔該",店員都一定有講 "唔洗"㗎!而且經理非常好傾,對於所有食材都瞭如指掌,今晚所有嘅菜式都係佢問我哋有乜野要求之後介紹俾我哋嘅,而每種食物都冇令我哋失望,好有特色又好味,真係要大讚!

由坐低開始,呢度播嘅歌差唔多隻隻都識唱,細問之下,經理果然係80後,怪不得啦!真係超級有親切感,又要食又要傾偈又要唱歌,點算呀個咀好忙呀!
