To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

串燒一啲都唔熱，暖都冇。當日只得雞軟骨同牛肉串，兩樣都太淡茂茂，醮醬只有豉油，醋；怪怪。麵包蟹有膏，味道普通。煙三文魚ok, 青口都係一般。大蜆冇味。蝦就冇食唔知點。蛋糕係得芝士蛋糕好啲。生果就最好。有雪糕，牛奶公司嘅。汽水啤酒同咖啡茶任飲。仲有啲炒飯意粉同熱盤添，不過冇食。食嘢整體嚟講一般但係坐船睇夜景真係好震撼香港嘅夜景可以咁靚！絕對襯得起東方之珠之名！船影燈光，色彩斑爛！！ 360度包圍住你！彌補到食物普通嘅不足。當然揀有折先至去啦原價太貴喇。
