今晚嚟到「燒烤堂」,佢哋嘅燒烤串燒選擇實在是太令人驚喜。從各種口味的烤串到創意十足的配菜,應有盡有。「一邊吹水,一邊食住串燒」唔覺唔覺,點了廿款。😂特別有幾款印象深刻。蟹膏燒飯團,蟹膏勁勁勁多,好鮮甜味美,配搭外焦脆內軟糯嘅飯團,口感層次豐富。牛油蜜糖日本蕃薯條,既有香甜,又有恰到好處的鹹味,頗有創意。蒜蓉燒廣島蠔,蠔漲卜卜好肥美,蠔肉新鮮配上蒜香,讓人回味無窮。川崎蒜蓉茄子配上獨特嘅調味,食落微辣,非常惹味。鹽燒翠玉瓜和蒜蓉菜圃燒豆皮都呈現出清新的口感,突出了食材本身的風味。黑松露烤雞在烹調過程中融入了獨特嘅黑松露調料,增添了層次感。雖然串燒系即點即燒,但係上菜速度好快。加上店內寛倘舒適,店員服務親切,難怪一個副負評都沒有。
