呢間日本餐廳雖然唔算大,但爐端燒、壽司、刺身、拉麵、炒飯、串燒、酒... 應有盡有[北海道蟹蓋蟹肉蟹膏燒,$78/隻]蟹蓋內填滿蟹肉同蟹膏,將鵪𪂹蛋同少少酒拌均就可以燒間唔中攪拌吓蟹膏味道好濃郁,整體食落十分鮮味[磯燒鮑魚,$62/隻]鮑魚唔算大隻,上枱前已經剝殼切半。加少少酒再燒更突出鮮味,食落彈牙[日式酒蒸大蜆,$68]呢個湯除咗大蜆外仲有帶子,加上檸檬調味,整個湯好清甜[左口魚邊壽司,$48]左口魚邊油脂多、肉質軟滑,食落入口即溶,油香甘醇[鵝肝帆立貝火炙壽司,$68]鵝肝外表雖然望落好似乾乾哋,但佢內裡其實仲係半生熟,同帆立貝亦原來好夾[稻草烤塩鰹刺身,$98]鰹魚本身味道比較腥,但經過用稻草生嘅火烤過後,可以去除鰹魚一定程度嘅腥味,而且加上一陣稻草香味,香氣更多層次刺身夾住蔥同蒜片,再點一點醬汁,集鮮味、咸香味於一身,味道十分豐富[蘆筍豚肉串,$32]蘆筍又大條又爽脆,吸咗豚肉嘅油香味,點一點碟邊嘅檸檬芥末,更香口美味[煙肉蠔串,$32]蠔燒至半生熟,散發住濃濃嘅鮮味,而煙肉帶少少肥膩感,但出乎意料地同蠔肉好夾
