To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都覺得太湖海鮮城是一間舊式酒樓,只是用蒸籠及碟盛載傳統點心便是了,但今次試了,給予我另一種感覺。到達酒樓,職員服務態度好,不會越叫越走,見到枱面有很多不同點餐紙, 今次一行四人,就點了一個午市孖寶推介,包括一個花竹蝦伊麵及一個點心拼盤,另外再點了多6款點心。孖寶只是138元,點心拼盤有8件點心,花竹蝦伊麵入面有兩隻花竹蝦,而且送到枱上是用火熱住,再加埋其他點心都有擺盤,不是求其用碟或籠盛載便算了。但個人覺得伊麵較咸,點心是可以的。一邊食一邊有職員捧著不同點心出來,因此,可以不需要一早點齊所有點心,可以一邊食一邊再選擇。另外,我們是星期六約中午十二點到達,到達時不用等位,可直接入坐,但當我們一點多離開時,則有很多人在等位,所以,建議如果可以的話早點到達,便不用花時間等位。
