同阿女於銅鑼灣 Time Square 逛了一個下午,黃昏時段在後面街找到一間食物同環境都唔錯嘅餐廳《Barg》。店內裝修好有格調,昏暗燈光好有氣氛,臨近聖誕,擺放了一些聖誕裝飾,加添點點節日色彩,播放著歐美流行歌曲,令人心情好輕鬆。餐包配香蒜油~橄欖油浸住蒜頭,下面有蠟燭熱住,感覺好溫暖,麵包仍然是暖的,外皮香脆,沾上熱的蒜油吃,特別美味。布拉達水牛芝士配甜菜沙律~一大球水牛芝士,濃郁芝士味,又香又滑,阿女至愛,仲有火箭菜、新鮮蕃茄及紅菜頭,好fresh,作為前菜是個很好的選擇。龍蝦汁蟹肉天使麵~一絲絲的蟹肉,配合味道香濃的龍蝦汁,天使麵煮得爽滑,不會太淋,掛滿醬汁,啖啖好食。意式辣肉腸薄餅~鋪滿芝士的薄餅焗得香,辣肉腸小小辣,仲有黑水欖,pizza餅底香脆可口。
