這是連續第八個年頭的Blog友聚會,平日各有各忙,但每年九月,我們都有個九月之星聚會。朋友推介呢度及她幫忙訂檯,我們訂了每位308的鮑參翅肚海鮮餐。坐低先送上汽水,再逐一上菜。套餐有:生拆蟹肉扒金山勾翅(份量很足,冇欺場,味道也很好),花雕蛋白蒸蟹(上檯時已聞到花雕的香味,蛋白很滑,蟹也很鮮味),原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味(鮑魚仔炆得好入味,冬菇又焾又入味,花膠仔也很入味),游水海班(蒸的火路剛剛好,魚很滑嫩),天下第一雞(皮脆雞肉嫩,抵佢自誇天下第一雞),招牌三色蝦(炸芝士蝦丸/黃金蝦好酥又有咸旦的咸香/煎蝦也很入味,蝦很新鮮),金銀蒜粉絲蒸元貝(呢個過咗少少火,蒸得有少少老),瑤柱扒時蔬(味道Ok,但個獻汁較杰),飄香炒飯(炒得很乾身,味道還可以),另送了芒果布甸作飯後甜品(芒果布甸太稀,完全唔掂,但都是店的心意嘛!)我們這班朋友,大多是識煮及愛吃的人,也有位是出書教人煮餸及做甜品的。總括大家的食後感,除了個甜品唔掂外,基本上樣樣都唔錯。而我個人而言,也會推介比其他親朋好友,抵食,好食,招呼週到。
