To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以往都喜歡食依度下午茶自助餐，一來平，二來平日要食下午茶自助餐，冇乜選擇。點知今次嚟發覺差咗好多，食物食完，好似唔想 refill 咁。最差係，環境衛生非常不理想，salad bar 周圍勁多小飛蟲飛嚟飛去。咁去食熱食啦，都有昆蟲屍體喺入面。最後，兩個人放低800大元。酒店質數？冇！下！次！
