今日星期日,因為要同班老細食飯,所以特登向中環揀咗一間高級嘅中菜。今次我哋就選擇咗中華滙館。呢間餐廳位於史丹頓街,附近美食林立,點解會選擇佢呢?其實係因為上網見到好多唔同佢哋嘅介紹,心目中都有幾味菜想試吓,所以就揀咗呢間餐廳啦。話梅南瓜前菜我哋叫咗南瓜,呢一款南瓜就特別啦,因為佢係用咗話梅汁同埋橙汁製作而成嘅,當你食下每一口南瓜嘅時候,橙汁味道同埋話梅味道就會全部擁晒出嚟,而且溫度適中,不冷不熱,攞嚟做開胃菜就一流啦。鹿兒島茶豚肉叉燒跟住我哋就叫咗一個鹿兒島黑毛豬叉燒。呢個叉燒就犀利啦,佢嘅黑毛豬係用上抹茶作為佢嘅治料,所以肉質非常之爽口,肉味非常之香,一啲都唔肥膩。配上香口嘅蜜糖醬,簡直一流,令人到而家都一試難忘。炸田雞腿跟住我哋就叫咗一個炸田雞腿,田雞腿炸得非常之鬆脆,溫度剛剛好,令到田雞腿入邊嘅肉汁全部鎖住,食田雞腿好似食雞髀咁樣,值得一試啊。懷舊八寶鴨再嚟我哋就叫咗一個八寶鴨,八寶鴨入邊用咗唔同嘅配菜去釀製,八寶鴨要花好多心機同埋時間去製作,完全吸收晒佢醬汁嘅味道,連鴨皮都好適合食埋落肚,呢隻鴨簡直冇得頂呀。上湯腐竹浸娃娃菜跟住我哋就叫咗個鮮腐竹娃娃菜,新鮮嘅腐竹完全吸收左濃湯

跟住我哋就叫咗個鮮腐竹娃娃菜,新鮮嘅腐竹完全吸收左濃湯嘅味道,娃娃菜亦都好容易入口,同剛才食嘅八寶鴨濃烈嘅味道相映成趣。

之後,我哋仲叫咗一個蒜蓉炒粉絲,粉絲非常之乾身,唔會非常油膩,唔食飯食返個粉絲都不失為一個好嘅選擇。

合桃酥
最後,甜品我哋叫咗馬拉糕,芝麻糕,合桃酥,馬拉糕整得非常之好,一層層嘅馬拉糕中間隔着淡淡的鹹蛋黃,好清新啊。芝麻糕做得非常之爽口,合桃酥都做得好脆口。呢間餐廳無論前菜主菜同埋甜品都做得非常之好,而且環境清靜,但係交通方便,食開中環唔同中餐嘅你可以嚟呢度試吓。
