餐廳環境唔錯，員工服務態度好好，及時收碟，效率高，見到我水杯差唔多冇水都即刻幫我加水。而食物方面，冷盤海鮮例如有龍蝦，青口.....，龍蝦鮮甜爽口。刺身同冷盤海鮮一樣，種類繁多，又夠新鮮！肉類我試咗牛扒，肉質鮮嫩甜品方面，之前已經知道酒店嘅蝴蝶酥同拿破崙好出名，試咗之後發現好鬆脆，而且好香牛油味，果然名不虛傳！另外我都有試藍莓芝士蛋糕同埋三色朱古力慕斯，兩樣都好好食，個人更中意三色朱古力慕斯，慕斯上面仲有朱古力碎碎，口感豐富，甜而不膩。生日仲會送一個生日蛋糕餐廳無論環境，食物質素，員工服務都好高質，所以絕對會有下次！
