To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為黃大仙街坊，裝修後再來光顧一下意大利餐廳，結果大失所望，先講座位，抬又窄，櫈又硬，坐到屁股痛，叫了個焗肉醬意粉，好咸，芝士少得很，汁好似水，杯凍檸茶先攞你命，我叫少甜，黎到飲啖甜到死，發覺唔係檸檬茶，而係柑桔檸檬冲出黎嗰種，係超市賣幾十蚊可冲過百杯，真係而家啲人呃得就呃，連檸茶都假，總括黎講，食物質數差，地方坐得唔舒服，(叫你食完快走)，價錢貴左，完全唔合格，作為街坊，告別了，以後唔會再幫襯。
