兆康景峰 留白居酒屋 21 Feb 2023 晚市今日黎到兆康景峰既留白居酒屋試下佢晚市既野食,點左份海鮮炒飯,然後五份串燒,仲叫左條時令既燒魚定食,再叫左一Jar啤酒。整體黎講呢一間居酒屋既食物質素幾好,對得住佢既價錢,估唔到每一項都頗有驚喜,接下來逐項點評一下!先係上左一碟海鮮炒飯,炒得好入味,好有鑊氣好香,但又唔會太鹹,本身都好驚細舖頭既炒飯同埋啲海鮮碎會冇味,但完全冇呢個問題,高質。然後到串燒拼盤,醬燒鮑魚唔腥,鮑汁濃郁;牛舌咬感適中,唔會太硬或太軟,調味做得幾好;豬頸肉有驚喜,用豬頸肉卷住車厘茄,估唔到味道出奇地夾,一咬落去,同時可以品嘗到車厘茄既清新味道同埋豬頸肉既鮮嫩肉質,呢個設計幾吸引;至於火雞腎同雞脖子肉就不過不失。到最後仲有一條時令烤魚($128),我見店員都幾有心機烤左五個字,都幾大條魚,好多魚肉,唔會有好多骨,而且肉質好鮮嫩,醬汁調得好入味,唔會過鹹,上述幾道食物份量好足,真係食到幾飽幾滿足。大家如果入到屯門,不妨黎景峰呢間舖頭試下,晚市埋單$648,但絕對係對得上食物既質素。
