To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物質素其次，樓面態度欠佳

路經此地，眼見open rice評語都好，似幾正面，便走去入內試下。店內有名身材高大嘅樓面員工安排入坐，因本人及友人有拎背囊，便要求店員給自己安排凳仔放野，但此身材高大員工表現有欠禮貌，大聲喝令叫我坐底，自己當時完全不知所措，其他食客都望過來，令本人感覺到非常尷尬。幸好食物質素尚算可以，廚師功勞真係居功不小，我哋分別只order左生牛肉河粉同豬扒撈檬粉，飲品都唔叫了，因本人已沒有心情享用，今時今日服務態度真係好緊要，強烈建議此店無論正職或part time 員工，應該要培訓，加強招待人客態度。
