To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

臨時想找個地方吃午餐，附近的餐廳都很爆，看到這裡的裝修很chill，主要吃light food。我們發現大部分客人都是喝東西，沒有來吃午餐的。就這樣一個smoked salmon bagel，沒有伴碟，一條沙律菜也沒有，盛惠$90，仲要另外加一。Size好細，而且bagel比我的膝蓋還硬，三文魚腥，完全不想付錢吃這個東西。友人叫點了B&G AVOSMASH，就是上圖後方的樣子，切工很高超，麵包好薄，而且沒什麼特別調味，就...$105。
