To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前在太古城經常光顧丼丼屋,覺得他們的食物也不錯,今晚試過馬鞍山分店,恐怕巳後也不會再去。今天點了十勝帶廣名物豚丼並盛和十和田燒和牛洋䓤丼及野菜天婦羅定食。豚肉丼尚算OK,和牛洋䓤丼就簡直不能入口,上至洋䓤下至白飯就像是一碗豬油撈飯,極之油腻,牛肉亦非常之肥,我只吃了幾口巳不敢再吃了,還看見碗底有油在流像湯一般。而天婦羅亦是不合格,油腻,超硬,賣相差。現今社會人們都重視健康,提倡少鹽少油,丼丼屋竟然可給人這樣油腻的食物,真是莫名其妙。
