To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物質素差，一陣洗潔精味

是我吃過最差的西餐！！！ 晚餐時分，雖然人多，但不用等就可以入內坐了。三個女人，叫了一個二人餐，份量很足，我們到最後都食得得飽，這是唯一的優點。首先上了兩個忌廉湯，也是最噁心的一道食物 2個湯飲到底，都有濃濃的洗潔精味 ，不是平時開水的淡淡漂白水味，而是濃濃的，積在碗底的洗潔精。跟負責人說了，她也有道歉，可是沒有任何補償 很無言然後來了一個小食拼盤，不過不失帶子墨魚汁意粉又是一個令我失望至極的食物帶子是平時日本零食的散裝醬油帶子，連雪藏帶子也慳返 墨魚汁意粉只是白汁和一堆黑色的意粉，完全完全完全完全沒有味道 全晚最好食的是辣肉腸pizza和心太軟最後每人連加一給了一百幾，名符其實的俾錢買難受
