To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天然齋嘅位置唔方便,係麻雀館隔離,依家店外搭緊棚。本身對傳統齋舖都冇咩期望,去過後更唔想encore,食物質素同服務有待改善。坐低後有個阿姐可能見我哋睇咗好耐餐牌都諗唔到食咩,佢久唔久會黎推介餐牌上冇嘅菜式,例如七彩小炒皇 (用咗彩椒、雲耳等蔬菜炒成),因為我哋覺得佢推介嘅菜式都比較普通,係屋企都炒到,所以就冇叫到。我哋叫好哂食物後,同場咁啱有人叫呢款小炒皇,嗰個阿姐臨上菜前又同我哋介紹同展示咗呢款小炒皇嘅樣,我覺得好反感,心諗使唔使咁hard sell。埋單前另一個阿姐問我哋要唔要糖水,因為一般中式齋舖都會係晚市送糖水,例如大自然、維亞軒等等,我以為咁問得呢間都一樣會送糖水,好彩家人係要之前問清楚,原來呢到係冇糖水送,糖水腰果露要$28/ 盅。特色石燒煲仔飯套餐 ($118)咸魚玉餅煲仔飯 (蛋素) + 燉湯 + 小食 (海帶素肉絲)海帶素肉絲類似上海小食,有海帶、豆乾同竹筍,味道好咸。燉湯有香濃嘅菇菌味,材料幾豐富,有猴頭菇、松茸菇、龍眼、山藥、紅蘿蔔、粟米……。咸魚玉餅飯用石窩上,底下可以食到飯焦,玉餅口感比較淋,冇新豬肉整嘅肉餅咁結實,所以應該係用咗素肉漿整成,再加入素咸魚同少

特色石燒煲仔飯套餐 ($118)
咸魚玉餅煲仔飯 (蛋素) + 燉湯 + 小食 (海帶素肉絲)
海帶素肉絲類似上海小食,有海帶、豆乾同竹筍,味道好咸。燉湯有香濃嘅菇菌味,材料幾豐富,有猴頭菇、松茸菇、龍眼、山藥、紅蘿蔔、粟米……。咸魚玉餅飯用石窩上,底下可以食到飯焦,玉餅口感比較淋,冇新豬肉整嘅肉餅咁結實,所以應該係用咗素肉漿整成,再加入素咸魚同少量茄子粒。

懷舊琵琶豆腐 ($78)
正常嘅琵琶豆腐會拌有唔同嘅餡料,例如冬菇、甘荀,有啲甚至會加入素肉漿。但依到嘅琵琶豆腐入面冇咩餡料,只有2粒甘荀,其餘全部都只係豆腐。而且芡汁過多,豆腐嘅皮變淋,似食緊紅燒豆腐多D。

心花怒放 (金絲素蝦菜汁蛋 伴南瓜汁) ($78)
原本仲以為依碟餸會幾靚同有特色,點知上菜時覺得好失望,餐牌上寫住嘅蒸蛋變咗做蒸豆腐,面頭再放有素蝦、賣相凌亂嘅炸麵同沙律菜。外觀完全唔吸引,底下嘅南瓜汁雖然都有南瓜嘅香味,但質感好似芡汁咁杰。
